Wheelz Casino Review

According to the current projections, Wheelz Casino is scheduled to launch in December 2020 or January 2021. Wheelz online casino will be the third brand launched by the Rootz team and hosted on their custom-built iGaming platform. Building off of the success of their previous two brands, Wildz and Caxino, Rootz looks like it has delivered another big hit with this Wheelz Casino brand.

We've just had a chance to test the prelaunch version, so let's get to it...

Wheelz Registration

As expected, registration at Wheelz only takes a couple of minutes. After entering your initial details, including your email and mobile number, you are sent an SMS code. Once this code is entered, and T&Cs are accepted, you are then a fully-registered customer.

At this point, you can make your first deposit and claim the welcome bonus or cycle through the game lobby and check out what Wheelz has on offer. If you'd like to try out games for free, log out of Wheelz and return to the Game Lobby. If you try to play a game while logged in and your account balance is empty, you are prompted with the deposit screen.

Depositing and Withdrawing at Wheelz

Like registration, depositing at Wheelz is easy enough. Enter your payment information, verify with your payment provider via email or SMS link (if required by your financial institution) and get started depositing. Wheelz accepts the most popular payment types, including bank transfers, credit cards, and e-wallets.

Deposit times for all payment types are instantaneous. The minimum deposit at Wheelz is $10.

Withdrawal times are most affected by the withdrawal size and payment type. For example, small and medium withdrawals to an e-wallet you have used in the past will post to your e-wallet immediately. Credit cards and bank transfers generally post within a day but may take up to three (3) days depending on factors such as your bank's routing procedures and the day of the week. Once the Wheelz payments team approves withdrawals, they are subject to the regular transaction times of the payment providers.

Payment security seems excellent as well. We tested our payment methods and purposefully inserted several errors, and the incorrect information was flagged by the Wheelz system each time.

Wheelz Bonuses Review

As a Rootz product, we were unsurprised to see plenty of bonuses flowing our way during this test period. Right from the beginning, out $100 test deposit netted us $100 in bonus money + 100 free spins as part of the welcome bonus. Having got a bit lucky on some of our first spins, we were able to convert nearly half of that into real money that would have been available for withdrawal had this been a normal customer playing on the live site1.

We received the familiar Double Speed chip, known to us via previous Rootz brands. This reward advances the Progress Bar, redesigned for Wheelz, and 2x the standard rate. Once your Progress Bar fills, you receive a spin on the Level Up Game. This game, yet unnamed, has also been the subject of a significant redesign which we think you are going to like. As with other Rootz "level up" bonuses, this Level Up Game awards the players free spins to the favourite games. Although with Wheelz, the reward logic has been improved upon to deliver a more customised product than ever before.

Cashback rewards appeared frequently during the simulated six-month test period. Cashback rewards of 10% and 20% for 1 and 2 hours made it's way to My Rewards.

One thing we didn't get to test was the campaigns as Wheelz has yet to prepare any for this brand. With both Wildz and Caxino each hosting 800 free spins campaigns for the 2020 holiday season, including the first block of 200 free spins going deposit-free to most of their customers, we have a fairly good idea of what to expect from Wheelz. Rootz has always prided themselves in offering up the most real-time rewards, and that philosophy will be recognisable at Wheelz online casino. Now that Rootz has a third brand, it'll be interesting to see what cross-brand promotions they come up with going forward. Since they have essentially built a casino network, a whole new range of campaign possibilities has opened up. I'll be interesting to see what, if anything, they do in this regard.

1This was just a sample test of gameplay at Wheelz and others should not expect similar results. Results will vary, including the possibility of playing through bonus money without having converted any of it to real money.

Wheelz Games Review

Wheelz features an impressive game library. We lost count but are told that Wheelz will launch with over 3,000 games at the ready. The Wheelz Casino lobby is intuitively built with sections for the primary game categories: online slots, jackpot games, table games, live casino, and all games. Each one of those sections breaks down further into categories based on things such as features or game provider.

One thing that stands out is Wheelz's impressive collection of Live Casino games. Most of their titles come from Evolution Gaming, the premier Live Casino operator in online gaming these days. Games like blackjack and baccarat have several variations all available at Wheelz. Live Casino Craps, a recent addition and the first live casino craps game on the market, is also featured at the Wheelz Game Lobby.

Wheelz Customer Support Review

For most of their supported languages - English, German, French, Finnish, and Norwegian - live customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Japanese customer support is limited to daytime European hours, evening and late-night in Japan time.

Customer support is available via LiveChat and email. One hint: if you are a Wheelz customer, logging in before launching the LiveChat window will populate that chat window with your customer information and make things faster and easier on you and the support agent.

Wheelz customer support can assist with most of the most common issues ranging from account help to payments matters. In the case where a support agent cannot help you directly, they are disciplined about elevating your support ticket to an individual who can handle more advanced issues.
